The same policy applies at any scale: clone-brand bricks (Mega Bloks, ELC and similar), regular-size LEGO, and other toys mixed in aren't covered by the offer. A quick check through each box before you send it keeps things straightforward for everyone.

Does it matter if the pieces are well-worn from daily use?
Not at all — normal wear from years of group play is completely expected and doesn't affect your offer. We just ask that everything sent is genuine LEGO Duplo.
